Yi LIU

Dr. Liu has a master’s degree from the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Harbin Medical University in 1989. Following graduation, she spent five years working in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. Dr. Liu then received a doctorate degree in internal medicine from Tohoku University in 1998, and completed her postdoctoral work in 2002.

Before joining Shenzhen United Family Hospital, Dr. Liu worked in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine at the Air Force Specialty Medical Center. Dr. Liu has been engaged in respiratory clinical work for nearly 40 years, and has rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of common, frequent and difficult and critical diseases of the respiratory system, especially in the treatment of bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease, early diagnosis of lung cancer, lung infection in immunosuppressed patients, and acute and chronic respiratory failure caused by various reasons. In addition to her extensive clinical work, Dr. Liu has undertaken a number of scientific research projects.

Dr. Liu has published nearly 50 papers in statistical source journals, including the famous medical journals Eur Respir J, Eur J Clin Pharmacol and Crit Care Med. Dr. Liu also served in several committees such as the Respiratory Critical Care Committee of the Respiratory Physician Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.
