Ruirong HE

Dr. He Ruirong graduated from the School of Psychiatry and Mental Health of Capital Medical University, and studied under Professor Jia Hongxiao.

Before joining Shenzhen United Family Hospital, Dr. He worked in Beijing Anding Hospital/National Mental Disease Medical Center affiliated to Capital Medical University, and studied in Psychiatry Department/Sleep Medical Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University, mainly engaged in clinical psychological evaluation of children and adolescents’ learning difficulties, emotional disorders, adaptation disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy and drug intervention for insomnia. Dr. He also participated in the Chinese-English psychoanalysis continuous training program and was supervised by a senior psychodynamic supervisor.

Dr. He has more than 15 years of clinical and teaching experience in Psychiatry and Psychology. She is good at clinical diagnosis and psychotherapy of common mental and psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, compulsion, insomnia, eating disorder and bipolar disorder, and has rich experience in dealing with emotions, stress, stress, marital conflict, interpersonal relationship, intimacy, parent-child relationship and adolescent emotional and behavioral problems. At work, Dr. He pays attention to patients’ experiences, emotions, personal growth and family environment, and believes that each individual has his own unique and undiscovered life energy.
