Hong Song

Dr. Song graduated from Henan Medical University (Zhengzhou University College of Medicine) in 1986, and has further studied advanced ultrasonic technique in Fuwai Hospital, Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital, Beijing Cancer Hospital and Chinese PLA General Hospital. Dr. Song is specialized in ultrasound of abdomen, breast, thyroid, gynecology, obstetric screening, and vascular diseases. She is also proficient in ultrasound diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases and interventional ultrasound.

Dr. Song is a renowned ultrasound physician with almost 40 years of clinical experience. Before joining Shenzhen New Frontier United Family Hospital, Dr. Song worked at the ultrasound department of Shenzhen People’s Hospital for more than 35 years. During her time in the previous hospital, she was responsible for diagnosis of difficult and complicated diseases, and served as one of the key specialists designated for VIP and cadre healthcare.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Song serves as member of Ultrasound Medical Association director of CNHA, and Gastrointestinal Ultrasound Group under the Ultrasound Medical Professional Committee of CMEA. She is also on the editorial board of the Journal of Contemporary Medicine with more than 10 articles published. Dr. Song also participated in compilation of several professional books: 1 as editor-in-chief and 1 as associate editor-in-chief.
