Dr. Wang Min graduated from Guangzhou Medical University with a master’s degree in 2013 and obtained his doctorate from Jinan University in 2021. Dr. Wang has more than ten years of rich experience in joint and sports medicine in well-known top-tier hospitals. He has studied in the Department of Sports Medicine of Peking University Third Hospital and the Department of Sports Medicine of Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital, which are ranked among the top in the country, and has studied and exchanged in Hong Kong as a visiting scholar at the Queen Mary Hospital of the University of Hong Kong.
Dr. Wang Min focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder, knee and other joint diseases. He is good at minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment of frozen shoulder (periarthritis of shoulder), acromial impingement syndrome, rotator cuff injury, shoulder joint instability and other shoulder joint diseases; knee osteoarthritis, anterior and posterior cruciate ligament rupture, meniscus injury, cartilage injury, patellar dislocation, popliteal cyst, synovitis and other knee joint diseases, as well as lateral epicondylitis of humerus (tennis elbow), elbow joint stiffness, ankle and hip impingement syndrome and other joint diseases. He personally performs more than 400 surgeries each year.
Dr. Wang Min is an expert in medical support for large-scale sports games of the Guangdong Provincial Sports Bureau. He serves as vice-chairman member of the Popular Science Branch of Guangdong Rehabilitation Medical Association, the Youth Committee of Guangdong Medical Association Sports Medicine, and the Youth and Middle-aged Society of Guangzhou Medical Association, and is a member of the Sports Medicine Branch of Guangdong Medical Association, the Sports Medicine Branch of Guangdong Medical Doctor Association, and the Joint Surgery Branch of Guangzhou Medical Association. He has also been rated as one of the first batch of Guangdong & Guangzhou popular science experts.
