Dr. Wei Benlin graduated from Shandong University, studied under the famous professor Guan Zhichen of urology and obtained a master’s degree in Peking University in 2008. He has been engaged in the clinical work of urology in Peking University for over 20 years, and served as the teaching director. He is a new generation of senior leading experts in urology who are playing an important role in clinic. He is good at minimally invasive surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary tumor and urinary calculi, especially in pediatric urological diseases, female stress urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunction. He has completed 18,000 cases of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, including percutaneous nephroscope, laparoscopy, flexible ureteroscope, laser enucleation of prostate, circumcision and penile deformity.
Dr. Wei has published over 10 papers and 4 monographs, won excellent doctors and excellent teachers in Peking University. He served as a member and secretary-general of the Fertility Protection Branch of China Anti-Cancer Association, deputy secretary-general of the Integrated Gynecological Oncology Committee, a member of the andrology branch of Guangdong Medical Association, the andrology group of children and the prostate group of the sexual medicine branch, a standing member of the precision medicine branch, translational medicine branch and pediatric urology branch of Guangdong Urological & Reproductive Association, a standing director of the andrology branch of Shenzhen Medical Doctor Association, a standing member of the andrology branch and a member of urology branch of Shenzhen Medical Association, and core examiner of standardized training for residents in Shenzhen.
